WE ARE A DRUG FREE PROPERTY! Marijuana is an illegal drug in the state of Texas. There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of smoked marijuana smoke. There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of raw unsmoked marijuana. Today’s raw marijuana has an extremely pungent aroma that enters the furniture and walls. If the unit is unrentable due to the smell of illegal drugs, you will be liable for the loss of any rental income. It is acceptable to smoke legal products only on the exterior of the condo. Ie The balcony. However, the same $250 fine applies for the unit smelling of tobacco products.
WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY There is a $200 fee for each dog with a maximum of (2) two. Your dog must be 35 pounds or less. NO dogs over 35 pounds and NO cats. You will be required to complete a PET ADDENDUM for each pet and return prior to check-in. If any pets found to have visited the property without the $200 pet fee, then the guest of record will be charged $250 per pet documented, regardless of pet ownership.

We had an amazing stay and the house was fantastic! Mark was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with during our stay. There was a bad storm right before we came in with power outages and he kept us updated and was helpful getting everything reset at the house in the aftermath. The nest had something going on with it and we were having issues with the air doing auto adjustments. Mark got everything fixed without being upset that I had to call a few times. The layout of the property was perfect for our trip with a bunch of teenagers and everyone had a great time with the hot tub and fishing dock. Thank you for a great stay and we really appreciated your help and being so easy to get in touch with! It really makes a huge difference if something does pop up! This was a trip to remember!
