We left an item in our room. We called the property to pay to have it shipped to us. They said they wouldn’t do it. Said I had to get a prepaid USPS box and then would do it. They said the post does this. We went to the USPS and they don’t do this and they would have to box it and have it picked up. I offered to pay everything. Not very helpful.

The place was very clean and nice! Minor inconvenience, the room door had to be pulled shut completely! The facility in all was very nice for non resort style hotel. Breakfast was minimal but fresh and convenient. Lots of walking distance food options! We stayed for the off-road park nearby and lots of rigs with trailers, security seemed strong as well!

I liked how clean and quiet the room was. Also, the bed was quite comfortable.. The only negatives are the use of linoleum instead of carpet in the room (I prefer carpet), and there was no coffeemaker in the room, which is a negative in my book.

For a budget motel it was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The pool area was clean, the towels could have been thicker but all and all definitely a nice place to stay

Very nice establishment. Well kept. My room was very clean. Front desk personnel was friendly and heloful. Told us sbout annual Chicken featival in Corbin for Colonel Sanders- KFC founder. Breakfast fair. Biscuits extremely dry and cold. Saw mill gravy lukewarm. Maybe provide yogurt and Hard boiled eggs instead of biscuits and gravy. Belgium waffles were good and fresh fruit.
