The duvet had stains, the curtains were disgustingly dirty, the window was difficult to close, and there was a large limescale buildup on the bathroom faucet. After reporting it, we were informed that window replacement would begin soon. The overall standard of the room—"Deluxe Room" hm...Im not sure"
