Amazing Service

Amazing stay! All staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. The nightly drinks and snacks were also very good. Something for everyone to eat. Will definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a safety convention. The front desk staff was amazing. They were professional and very polite. The room was large and clean. The added bonus of the nightly "kickback" was top-tier. Will definitely be back.

Loved Drury for all categories! They had free food, free beverages, a pool inside and out (not that we used the outside because it was freezing) easy access getting in and out. Great location to walk to the North Side market, Arnold Statue and parks. Leslie and Yodit were both wonderful to work with. Both very knowledgeable and super friendly. Husband and I were very satisfied with our stay.

Everyone on staff was friendly from the moment we checked in, to when we checked out. They were very helpful as well. The place itself was clean, food was decent, and happy hour is always a great touch. Although they have their own garage, its $22/day to park there. Even with that, I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good spot to stay for a family. Downtown Columbus felt very safe and was very clean. The pool could have been warmer and there was quite a bit of dirt and debris in the pool. Otherwise great hotel and we would stay here again.

We booked a 1 night stay while in town for a concert at The Athenaeum Theatre, we were looking for something inexpensive, clean, safe, and close to our venue. The staff at check-in was great, he explained all the perks of the hotel and we got upgraded to a king suite which was a nice perk, but unfortunately we weren't there long enough to take advantage of the space. It was nice though, with a kitchenette area, couch, and TV...so it would be great for a longer trip! When we got back to the hotel after the concert we stopped at the bar/restaurant to order food and the bartender was wonderful, she was running everything solo but was very friendly and made sure everyone was getting what they needed. The food was quick and delicious. The room was very clean and quiet, it was nice not to hear people slamming doors and running around. My only complaint was that I thought the bed was a little too firm, but I'm also picky about mattresses and have a hard time sleeping away from my own bed, so that one's on me. We didn't get to take advantage of the drinks and snacks in the evening since we were out, but I would have loved to check that out. We left early in the morning but I was able to grab some fruit, biscuits, and juice for the ride home. The breakfast setup looked really nice and again, if we have more time, I would have taken advantage of that a little more. Overall my husband and I were happy with our stay and will add Drury to our list of places we'd stay at again!
