This property is in need of repairs and updating And they need to hire someone to answer the phone I called for hours on the day of my arrival to confirm and no one ever answered the phone.

Perfect for a State visit!

This is our third time staying the Russell inn while visiting Mississippi State. As we just moved our son in this weekend, it will not be the last -the cleanliness and convenience to the campus is unmatched! my only complaint is, I would get some better soap for the bathroom.

Everything was great. I only had one complaint but it wasnt serious and i didnt report it. On my sexi d night my tv didnt work because of no internet. I was so tired from the day that i honestly didnt care. I juat watched a show on my phone. The bed was comfortable, my room was huge, the whirlpool tub was the biggeat ive wver seen in a hotel. This was my first time staying in a hotel by myself and i felt completely safe. I was able to park up front under a light. The ladies at the front desk were both very sweet. I will definitely be back.

Renee, who makes breakfast in the mornings is just terrific. Samantha at the front desk is also terrific. She was very helpful in securing us return reservations for a busy football weekend. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the room. This hotel is convenient to everything in Starkville from the university to eating and shopping options. The only issues we had was the WiFi was spotty on the third floor. It’s great on the lower floors. The other issue is that an entry sign is needed at the entrance to the hotel parking lot. We drove past it a couple of times. But these are minor things. This is a great place to stay.

I rented two double queen rooms. The rooms are roomy and mostly clean it does have a funny moldy like smell in them the wooden furniture has broken pieces near the bottom and the wooden part under bathroom sink was kinda gross. the staff was friendly, however on the first floor (ground level)our room faced the parking lot and the only curtain that closed was the white see through curtains, which was uncomfortable to me. the telephone in the room didn't work, water pressure in the bathroom sucks, one of the bathroom lights was out, the reading lights by the bed didn't work. The tv sits at end of one bed the person in other bed had hard time watching it. There was an area with a comfy couch and a desk. Parking lot is easy to get into but crowded. They offer internet but i didn't try to use it so don't know how well it worked.
