The staff were great and that’s about it for this hotel. It just needs a big update with fixing the basics. The pool is out of order. The AC in the room didn’t work. The shower had a hole drilled in it (weird). The beds were decent BUT the pillows had no fill in them.

We were put in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like it as well. We did not bring our pet. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows. Pubic hair on supposed clean towels. For the most part when we travel, we are looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. I do not need a fancy facility with a beautiful pool and outstanding breakfast spread. This was definitely not a fancy hotel, but it was what we needed and served our purpose. The mgt at the Days Inn was friendly and courteous, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location in Collinsville was great.

Very basic hotel, but the front desk was very kind when I needed some items and brought them to me as she said," I can see you are tired from your travels," which I was after a 13 hr drive—clean, perfect for an overnight driving trip.
