My only complaints are there was no pool and it was one of the reasons we booked the stay there and the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful with getting refund or a transfer , and also all vending machines need repair or upgrading spent 10$ in vending and all the buttons were giving random drinks instead of what was selected

Comfortable stay

Absolutely comfortable stay. Room was well air conditioned & clean. The pool indicated as out of order but was filled with water and appeared clean. The breakfast is continental. Coffee, green tea, plain bagels,cream cheese, wheaten/white bread, Dannon yogurt, Quaker Oats packets in varied flavors. Orange/apple juices , apples only.

The hotel was fine, only the carpets in the hallway were a bit old, the rooms were clean, but they only cleaned once a week, which was very bad, and the breakfast on the first day was very scarce, there was only bread and a little cereal and coffee.

Stephanie the night time clerk on fridays And Saturdays was the best thing about this trip . When we booked we was told the property had full breakfast and access to the pool when we arrived the pools closed for repairs and they only offer toast fruit oatmeal and cereal for breakfast that started a few weeks ago . We stuck it out but def won’t be back to this location .

It is not updated they show you an updated room but the hotel is very old and not clean. The room they attempted to give me smelled. I was unable to stay because of the conditions. They also make a copy of your ID which is odd I would not recommend but if you have to I’m sorry.

I was happy to have a very clean place to lay my head after a long day. Also, it was nice to have a safe in the room that we could use as we had to go into the city after we checked in. Was comforting to know that our stuff was safe.

The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast doesn’t offer much variety, but it includes bread, bagels with cream cheese, juice, coffee, and yogurt it’s not a lot, but it can get you through the morning. Overall, a great experience and very good for the price.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very sad. Waffles, bagels, bread, yogurt, and cereal. No protein options making it diabetic unfriendly. The pool was out of order. The bathroom counter is small and crowded with cups, Kleenex, ice bucket, and other various items. The shower didn’t have any shelving so all shampoo, conditioner, soap etc had to be put on the floor.
