Staff at La Quinta is always wonderful location to the beach perfect. The rooms are always clean and they do their best to accommodate you. But somehow they seem to have stopped really taking the best care of the pool. And they're allowing towels and people's laundry and hung on the rails. Which is kind of tacky.

Had to carry heavy luggage up a flight of stairs to the back of the hotel. Breakfast buffet had omelets in water, sausage was undercooked and covered in water. Buffet was scheduled until 11am but was shut down at 10:30am. Very disappointed with this location

Nice little place

We had a unique situation and they were very accommodating-which I really appreciate! The rooms were quiet and spacious. Although they smelled a little funky. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, eggs, and sausage. The front desk was amazing. Pool was big and warm.

Very friendly and helpful staff - real bonus for this motel as nothing was too much trouble. Good sized room with decent shower. Didn’t use pool but it looked good. Breakfast was plentiful - lots of tea and coffee options, plus porridge as well as eggs, toast etc. Coffee available all day. Easy parking. Definitely recommend!

I stayed one night at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Beach-Port Canaveral for a quick trip to the Victory Casino. The facility was clean and well-kept. While the hotel layout felt a bit old-fashioned, it has been nicely renovated. The room was spotless and served its purpose perfectly. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. A solid choice for a short, convenient stay.

Proximity to beach access if great. Breakfast is included. However, we had a leaking sink for 2 days. Brought it up 3 times to front desk with no action. Apparently, to fix it would have have the entire water system be shut off. No offer of different room or commuication tegarding the problem. There was a light right outside the window that dudnt turn off and spilled through the curtains the entire night. If we had been staying more than 2 nights, we would have checked out and gone to a different hotel.
