Beautiful location, easy walk to the beach
Our family of 6 spent a week in this wonderful home. We saw manatees and dolphins from the dock in the backyard. So cool. We also saw to space launches from the backyard! The location is perfect for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the river inlet or walking 4 blocks to the beach. Coconuts on the beach was a 20 minute walk. The pool is heated, the neighborhood is quiet, and the house had everything we needed.

Super Quiet and Very Walkable Neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay very much at this beach house… Many pluses, some of which include the quiet neighborhood, walkable to the beach, as well as restaurants, super clean, on the canal, where we could enjoy lots of wildlife, including dolphins. We did have a couple hiccups, one of which was rectified, and the other never was… We would recommend this property and would probably come again, however, lounge chairs are a must!

Great location for wildlife and easy beach walk!
The location was great. 10 minute walk to the beach. The nature preserve was awesome (3 minute walk) sat at a bench there and right away a dolphin came up. The place was clean and having use of the foldable wagon was great for going to the beach with our 4 year old. There were a few negatives, however, the biggest being the pool heater didn’t work for the majority or our stay. One of the biggest reasons we chose this rental was the heated pool. So to not have that most of the time was a big disappointment. The last 2-3 days we did get to enjoy the pool once the heater was fixed and it heated to an enjoyable temperature. The other comment I have is that the patio furniture needs replacing. The bottom few inches were rested and erroding. Overall a great time and good stay!

Beautiful home in a great area but pool was not as advertised
The house was great for our family and well stocked with everything from shampoo and conditioner to washcloths and beach towels. Our only big negative was the pool was advertised to be at 83 degrees. We booked this place specifically to have the heated pool for the kids to enjoy the water. It was nowhere near 83 degrees and we were unable to swim in it because it was so cold. We reached out but they said because the weather was colder than usual, the pump wasn’t able to keep up. The pump only ran during the day off and on and definitely wasn’t on long enough to be able to keep it warm. Had it been the 83 degrees advertised this house would have been 5 stars for sure. The neighborhood was great though and we enjoyed the 10 ish minute walk to the beach. We also kayaked the lagoon by the house which was very fun.

Great stay on canal near beach and close to convenience
Great VRBO host. Quick to reply to all questions. Property on canal for fishing, and short walk to beach (less than 2 minutes by car). Five minute ride to all shopping and local activities. We had a great stay :)

Great stay
The property was clean and as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pans, etc. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach. We saw some cool wildlife in the canal.

Beautiful home, everything you need and excellent location!
The home was even better than what we expected! Sparkling clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels and bedding, games, and even shampoo and conditioner. The pool area was wonderful, spent a lot of time in there and loved the window that opens from the kitchen to pass food through. Bathroom has a door that opens to the pool area, so no wet kids running through the house, getting water everywhere! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock on the canal with our coffee in the mornings. Loved having the washer and dryer, they worked great, along with all the kitchen appliances, and the TVs in every bedroom were really nice. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and minutes away from several restaurants. We will definitely look to book the sea horse ranch if we are back in Cocoa Beach!

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood, great location for kayaking
We had a good stay at Seahorse Ranch. It’s not quite the perfect rental home we were hoping for but very clean. A three star house needing some updates, but we give Janice 5 stars! Janice was VERY helpful and quite responsive. She responded quickly to a pest control issue. At the end of our stay, we sent her a list of things we feel needed improvement for future guests. (Minor maintenance and linen update.) She is such a good host that I suspect if we had sent her our ideas earlier in the week, she would have taken care of some of them. We loved how clean the house was, we loved the one-level living, we enjoyed sitting in the screened in pool area and on the dock, watching wildlife in the canal, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood location close to everything. If you kayak, we recommend renting kayaks as you can access the Thousand Island area (where kayak tours go ) right from the canal. We used A1A Beach Rentals and were happy with their free delivery and pick-up.

Great spot to stay
*Cannot complete the last two fields as the descriptors in the survey are blank. But happy to say the Seahorse Ranch was a great spot, the heated pool was wonderful, 12-min walk to the ocean, some great restaurants 20-30 min walk (few minutes drive). Property manager Autumn was always available and very friendly to deal with (we had an issue with the dryer but it was fixed right away...thank you!). Note, while the description indicates the kitchen is well stocked for just about any meal prep that can be a bit misleading. The kitchen is definitely well equipped but all cupboards were bare which added to our grocery costs. A few basic non-perishable items would have been helpful (e.g. salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil etc.), but that could be due to a rule of the property. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, can't wait to go back!
