A very different stay was my experience BUT in a GOOD WAY. The cabin design is enjoyable, you might think your in the mountains but it’s still Clarinda Iowa however some very good restaurants do exist in a town of five thousand it’s remarkable…. I recommend

Basic type of hotel room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The coffee machine wasn’t working well and was at best “weak.” The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our sink. Bottom line: value for the price in Shenandoah and a decent place to bunk!
