the area is very nice, room is beautiful... the bed SUCKED!!!! We were "up graded" to a king bed from a queen..a kind gesture, we got to the room about 8:30 pm. We were hungry, so we went for a walk. came back ready for sleep and the bed is TRASH!!!. Wife laid down and she was tilted to the middle, I got in and I rolled to the center... one side of the bed has no support, I had to use my pillow as a anti roll device so I wouldn't end up rolling in to my wife. at times we looked like a "y" because I I was trying to find a comfortable spot... so 11:30-5:30 am I probably slept 3.5-4 hours, not resting hours, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE HOURS, MY KNEES AND BACK ARE KILLING ME AND I AM SO TIRED..

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and I liked that there was no carpet there was someone peering in our room through the window, though. I think they were just lost went away quickly but window curtains did not shut all the way let about a 2 inch gap.

Never again.

This place is very run down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. This was more of a motel not a hotel. The room had a very strong odor not even sure what it was. The curtains were yellowed and that could be seen from outside. We had issues with a worker over charging us for items we bought and he refused to correct the price. When mentioned it up on check out and the manager confirmed that the worker was wrong and that she would handle it. Just an overall terrible stay. Will not stay here again.

after I received the paperwork for the car, I was told to go to the back door with my luggage and the car will be waiting there when I got to the back door. There was no car. I waited for five minutes then I noticed there was a car parked, and the other side over here. I was told to wait. I went over to the car and the girl that drove the car there just asked me if this is my car. I said it looks like it she left the car started and left didn’t tell me anything about how to use the car how to open the door where anything is I struggle to try to find a lock to open the trunk. Finally, someone came over who is not an employee and showed me to open the trunk by turning the car off. When I return the car, I left the car and a gentleman who was the attendant told me to leave the car there. It was snowing this ground was filled with snow. I was not offer any help to take the suitcases to the desk.
