New Year's Vacation

The location was great and the kids loved the sledding. The comforter in the master bedroom bed was soiled and had not been washed, Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and may return.

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding at Suncadia. The location is great and the kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the owner honoring our request to use fragrance-free cleaners before we arrived. Two minor things: (a) The unit has no cards, board games, books, etc., so if your family likes to do that on trips, you'll need to bring your own. (b) The unit has numerous TVs and other gadgets about but no instructions--it would have been nice, for example, to know how to pair my iPhone's playlist with the unit's soundbar...

We really enjoyed our time here! Excellent little apartment with a nice back deck and bbq. Unfortunately the place does not include access to the community swimming pools. We will be booking a place that includes that next time.

We had a wedding at the resort and stayed here with a group of friends and it was perfect! Great location, good golfing, and Roslyn is close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to Suncadia.

Winter getaway

Troy was extremely responsive and accommodating to insure a smooth stay while at Suncadia. Overall, the property was as described and Suncadia Resort is big so it takes some time to get to the destination. There are plenty of trails and areas to enjoy the snow (if there's fresh snow). He also has sleds available for use as needed. The place wasn't cleaned the best when we checked in but we were able to do a quick cleanup with the supplies available within the closet. As mentioned by other guests, there is a "secret" room where kids like to play; it would be good to have a knob on the inside for safer access out of the room. Thanks once again for allowing the family to enjoy a getaway!

Suncadia Townhome

My family and I rented this townhome to bring in the 2023 New Year. The space was very comfortable for 6 adults and had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very prompt with communication. The host kindly allowed us back in the property after check-out to retrieve a forgotten item. Suncadia itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities to enjoy. We appreciate the hospitality and we will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays in Suncadia.

Pleasant Stay

The property is very beautiful and is within walking distance (even in the snow) of the lodge, pool, restaurants, etc. When we checked in we had found that the upstairs bathroom and bedroom didn’t have power and there was no internet. We found a circuit breaker tripped. We reset it but it would trip every couple hours. We contacted Troy and he got an electrician to come out the next morning (Christmas eve). The problem was fixed and the rest of our stay was uneventful. Troy kept us abreast of what was going on and was extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location

Perfect location within Suncadia. Easy walk to the lodge and all the trails. The town house was very clean, tidy and well stocked. We had a great weekend celebrating my moms 80th birthday. Highly recommend to our friends.

Suncadia Vacation at Big Hill Drive Condominium

First of all we loved the Suncadia area, the open spaces and walking pathways everywhere. The two restaurants run by Suncadia were very elegant and food was excellent. The condominium is elegant. It is large and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and large. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utencils. The carpeting upstairs looked clean enough. However it has wrinkles and needs a re-stretch at least if not replacement.

Excellent Suncadia Spot!

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Would book again. Owner responds quickly. Recommend blackout curtains for bedrooms and bigger coffee cups, but this didn’t detract from vacation. Coming back for sure!

Spacious and cozy

Fantastic space for 2 families of 4 with plenty of room for kids to play. Beds are on the soft side but very cozy. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook and the kitchen never felt crowded even with several adults preparing food. We were able to walk 5 minutes to XC ski trails and sledding hill on a paved footpath. Troy was very communicative.

Suncadia weekend

The weekend couldn't have been better. Belated Christmas gathering with family and celebrated January/February birthdays. The home was perfect and the communication with Troy (owner) was outstanding. The boys (8 & 9) slept in the little bunker and thought that was pretty cool. We used the sledding hill and ice skated. Enjoyed eating in in the wonderful kitchen. Perfect weekend! Thank you again.

Great Home!

We were in Suncadia for work and needed a place to stay for a few days. We ended up caught in a winter storm and got snowed in I-90 was closed and we needed to stay an extra day to wait it out. The owner was very accommodating to us. The house was perfect and the kitchen had all items we needed to prepare our own meals. Lots of spices :) I would highly recommend this place to stay very comfortable home away from home. Pam M.

Comfortable, convenient

We were in town for a wedding and loved having this place to come home to. Also great for entertaining. True to the listing, our younger son loved the kid “hideaway” and chose to sleep there instead of in a proper bed! Thanks for making it easy.
