Nice location. We had the room 633 with nice view of Verona from the terrace. Air-conditioning wasn’t really working yet. Breakfast was nice, too.

I did'have breakfast, but I requested a glass with ice and the front desk lady said she could not provide any ice and sent me to a bar next door. It was not nice from a perspective of a good customer service.
