This used to be our favorite place to stay so when I got an amazing rate I was excited and booked for the night. Check in was good up until I was told that because I booked with a 3rd party they have to hold $150 for incidentals. People on a budget book through 3rd party companies to save money. Some people may not have $150 to hold up for a few days. What are they supposed to do? More than likely that is their spending money for a fun day at KI. Then the room...our security latch was broke, the plugs by the bedstand are so loose they don't keep anything plugged in. I am just sad because this was our favorite spot to stay but we will not be coming back. I can live with a little dust and wear and tear but there is no reason to hold up that much money for incidentals. For any reason.

$150 deposit required at check in.

It was an ok stay broken things in the room ware and tare clean but not the cleanest . Upon getting to the hotel i was charged $150 deposit for one night for incidentals and still jave not got that money back that cost was more the what i paid for the room for 1 night. I have photos but it will not let me add them

Easy to find from I-71. Did not like breakfast items. Very limited, boring, & coffee was bland. Ate elsewhere. Faucets in bathroom needed replaced, both sink and tub. My biggest complaint is that someone put a glade air freshener in the hall outlet directly across our room that smelled like rotting pine trees. Our room, therefore, smelled like that. Why was that even there? What were they trying to cover up? Will not stay there again.
