Staff were amazing and super helpful. Checked us in early when we had been stranded in CHC . Restaurant was pretty good too for hotel food. Room was average - we had a king studio which was basic and the bathroom had mouldy grout and old dirt/ rust marks on the shower so not very nice. The rain shower was great tho.

Our room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of options. Cathedral Square was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
