Despite my confirmed reservation, I show up with my family they told me my reservation was cancelled at 10 pm. The hotel is in very shady area and receptionist is behind bullet proof window…I had to find another place at 10pm.

The room smelled like a bar at last call. Most of the guests seem to live there full time and still couldn’t figure out that those things on the wall were smoke detectors. Go smoke outside dummies. Fire department was there 3 times in my day and a half stay

The parking lot was the only good thing about this property. Their was bugs in the bathroom, the floor was so messed up it cut my foot. The staff was absolutely not helpful. Apparently being disabled doesn't mean much to them. Their is no elevator. The air conditioning didn’t cool down the room.
