They say they upgraded our room from a king bed to 2 queen bed suite. Refused to give us our points because booked through Expedia and told us we would have paid 25% less if booked directly through them. The air conditioner didn’t catch up to 68 degrees, we had to open windows. Didn’t get our room refreshed on day the said because we didn’t remove the do not disturb off the night before. When I called to complain there was nothing they could do. More than likely I will not stay with Hilton again.

I have been taking my family to Homewood for the amenities, however the two trips we have taken the hot tub doesn't work at all! The room I stayed in rm#102, the sink garbage disposal didn't work and the microwave handle broken, and microwave fan top kept coming off, every-time we heated something. Front desk was notified and stated they would notify Maintenance to come to the room at 10:00am, however no one came. We stayed a couple of days the Thanksgiving weekend.

The property was very nice. Staff were excellent. Loved the pond. My hubby and I sat and had a glass of wine by the pond. We will definitely be back when in the area.

I thought the room was nice, and the amenities (pool and breakfast) were very good. I felt like there were some details of the property that were not as well maintained, such as garbage bags left in front of rooms for the entire evening and morning of our stay, which then caused a weird smell in the hallway. There were spots on the wall in our room that just made the room seem unclean. There were clumps of hair on the floor near the pool, and it again just made the property seem unclean.

I truly enjoyed my stay! I check in on a Wednesday night and the hotel had a social hour which offered guest complimentary beer, wine, salad bar and entree. The staff was truly accommodating and very knowledgeable on the area. I will be back again!!!

Property was quiet, clean, and friendly. However you definitely want to replace the mattress and pillows. It felt like laying on a wood plank with a ziploc bag with jello as a pillow. Breakfast was decent but if youre staying for more than a night, go buy pillows and a mattress topper.

My daughter and I checked in on a Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning we went down for breakfast and in the hallway just across from the elevator doors there was some kitty litter on the ground on the carpet and the tile in front of the elevators. We left on Sunday afternoon and the kitty litter was still there the whole time.
