Great hotel

I had an amazing night I only had it for one night I was out in Naperville but it was snowing so I decided to get a room for the night and I must say it was beautiful the one bedroom suite. I stay in the city didn't feel like taking that 1 hr drive back to the house so we stayed peacefully great hotel that also comes with a great breakfast

There were no room darkening shades so the outdoor parking log lights shined into the room. It took quite a while to get hot water for a shower.

A very average stay in an aging hotel

The hotel looked nice and modern from the outside, but inside everything was well worn and beat up. Our couch for example was sunk in. There were scratches all over furniture and walls. The breakfast was subpar.

Great staff, questionable clientele, cold suite.

Booked last minute, upon check-in noticed a few sketchy looking inebriated individuals in and around the hotel lobby. I advised the manager on duty that I was not comfortable staying there, and he said he would be more than willing to refund my money, but because I booked the room through Hotels.com, his hands were tied. Once I got to the room, the heat did not work in sub freezing Chicago temps. They tried their best to accommodate me in the late night hours. If it weren’t for the stellar customer service, I would’ve given a lower rating and probably not have returned.

This Property is beautiful and clean there staff are all nice and professional what disappointed me was the breakfast and coffee. They boiled egg came cold also there was less option for food like no cheese slices only bacon. i could only eat the mashed eggs and they coffee tasted cheap also cold but they room for living was excellent. i would recommend that.

Hyatt House first

Decent hotel but definitely showing the wear and tear of any other now older 3 star extended stay type hotel. The whole hotel smelled like stale food when I arrived late at night. Room was clean, comfy, and nicely appointed small suite but not as impressed as I thought I would be for “upgrading” from the Hyatt place to house. Save your money.
