I was hesitant to book because of the negative reviews that I read. So glad I did. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very decent for a complimentary breakfast. If we ever visit Chicago again I would def book again.

Get a room high up and not on Columbus. Fire and ambulances constant. Other than that it was great

The outside was beautiful, staff friendly, for the cost the room was not worth it to be honest. On top of it, there were payment issues that now has my account negative.

Great location for eating and shopping. Lots of options for eating and shopping that you can walk too. The riverwalk is also a short walk away. Staff was friendly, room was quiet and clean, the evening happy hour was nice to sit and have a couple free drinks while you plan your evening. The breakfast was convenient, and good if you want something in you before heading out, but it was the same thing everyday. Some sliced deli meat and cheese, or sandwich station would have made it even better. Overall great stay

Excellent Time

This was our first visit to Chicago and the hotel staff were excellent in assisting us with visiting the great sites. I think that they went far and beyond to accommodate us. Will diffiently recommend this location.
