The overall stay was great just one night away. The room was ok, bathroom could use a deep clean the bath was not clean and floors where pretty gross. The bed was clean but a mix of sheets and no fitted sheet. But clean so i geuss tbats all we couls ask for.

We are reward members, but I had points to use on Expedia so we paid and redeemed through Expedia! They allowed us to use our points and were so nice! We have never experienced an issue here

The valet was wonderful, always courteous and prompt. At check in I was not greeted at the check in counter, the clerk just said you can come up. You can hardly see them because the counter is so tall. The bell man that brought my bags, Benji, was very cordial and helpful. I was very disappointed at the Casino that you can only get 1 alcohol drink at a time, the bartender was very rude about it. I only seen 2 walk around waitresses during my 4 day stay. The last day at the Casino I went to the bar 2 bartenders, 1 told me to get back in line, very rude like, she was only taking payments, mind you she wasn't helping anyone. She ended up having to help me, which was unfortunate, Roe still had an attitude. All I wanted was a beer. I asked the housekeeper for fresh towels, needless to say, my room was not serviced the entire stay. I spoke with the front desk on departure, was informed that you had to request to have your room serviced, which I was not told at check in. I also called for a bellman 4 times without an answer. I took my bags out myself. This is supposed to be a first class resort, maybe Caesar's needs to school them on customer service if they want people to keep coming back and spending money. For the price you pay, everything should be included.

Bed was terrible. Not comfortable at all maybe got 1 to 2 hours sleep. Sheets were stiff like they were starched. Wasnt told about alot of things like using the room card to use on elevators.etc. curtains were hard to open and close.Couldn't get them to close all the way.So we had lights, shining in all night
