"The only reason that I booked this stay was to take my 8 year old son swimming. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant so we had absolutley nothing to do. I tried to contact expedia numerous times and they basically did not care. I am an umeployed sngle mother so I spent all this money that I had to save for so long to sit in a house and do nothing. I am very upset because yet again another company is getting away wth ripping off a customer and nothing happens. I contacted them right away and I am very upset. There was nothing on Expedia website showing the pool was closed or I wouldnt have booked. I hope you feel good about ripping off someone that barey has anything. I will not ever use this compny again."
