The property did not have water at check in but said that it would be back on between 3-4pm, whichseemedok because i was going out until 9pm. The hot water in my room never cleared up, after running for 30 minutes it was sputtering and running brown. The front desk said they would move me to another room, after waiting an hour, i called and found out that the other room was doing the same thing and I was told to see the manager in the morning. At almost 11pm I decided just to go to sleep and in the morning the front desk offered me breakfast for the inconvenience. Really!!!

From the time we arrived to THE time we left, everything was great. We'll be returning next time we're in Charlotte, thank you for the hospitality. The stay itself was absolutely everything that I would expect from the Marriot brand. But...not even a complimentary cup of coffee?? I'm not a big breakfast eater, but a cup of coffee and a banana would have been perfect.
