Although we reserved a room handicap accessible, when we arrived at 5PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025. They no longer had an accessible room available. It took them 30 minutes with the help of the manager who finally stepped in to get me an accessible room at another Marriott. They told me that a Travelocity booking never guarantees a specific room. So you must call the particular hotel to guarantee an accessible room. I wish I had known that your reservation has no meaning. My wife must have an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I was furious and let them know. You need to tell your customers that your booking does not guarantee a specific room type.
