Lovely and convenient

The apartment was lovely! And very convenient to walking to everything downtown including the Blumenthal Theatre. The people are friendly and helpful. A few words of advice: the property will charge you $250 deposit for the key fobs. It took me a few emails to have them refund that on my credit card. The parking garage next door (which is not theirs) charged us $50 for a little less than 24 hrs; you might want to find a less expensive option.

The views are spectacular! Nice layout, decent furnishings. TV channel selections/movies could be better. Parking is not cheap. Security is very good as you have to have a fob to get through every door and to use the elevators. Would have given this a huge smiley if for the two items I mentioned. They do have great amenities, which we weren't aware of until we got there and did some walking around. Pool on top deck with two covered lounges and a nice day room with a pool table.

Nice place

The location was great. The apartment was great. I didn't care for the fact there was no live TV - like cable or satelite. I took my Roku with me, but live local news would have been great. The bathroom sink had a slow drain and the toilet was not flush to the floor (pardon the pun.) When you sat down there was a thunk on the floor.

Enjoyed my business trip at Lyric. The communication was excellent through text message and email. The concierge was very friendly and the location was convenient enough to walk to restaurants in center city, eat a really nice meal, and be able to walk it off after and back to the condo. One drawback is the parking, fairly pricy to park but overall stay was excellent. The condo had everything I needed and more. Will recommend to colleagues and family.

Great apartment

Great place close to downtown Charlotte. Better than a hotel with lots of towels and coffee pot. Front desk was polite. Email address that helped with questions was very fast to respond to questions.
