GREAT OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS 3RD FLOOR CONDO! Attention: Roof repair that may affect the AC is scheduled for February 9 thru 28, 2026. The cooler days should make this satisfactory. Don’t look any further! You will love this private,cozy, and super clean 1 bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There are two dining areas with one adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private ocean view balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day-dream looking at the ocean and boats sailing by. If you prefer to explore the Beachfront area, you can quickly walk to shops and restaurants offering everything from Pizza and burgers to Shrimp and Grits , Catch of the day, or Prime Rib!
The living room is appointed with queen sized sleeper sofa which is set up as a Chaise Sofa for day time use, end table with reading lamp, small glass top coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD, and cable entertainment package. Movies, books, and games are located in the decorative cabinet under the TV. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows captivating ocean views of the beach, pool, private pier.
The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and other items needed to cook your own meals. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are also provided.
The private bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Flat screen TV w/DVD player. The bed is made up of a good quality mattress that sits on a Casper bed foundation. No squeaks or lumps here! The bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. There is also set of built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is clean and brightly decorated with a full tub/ shower.
The location is wonderful! You are located on the beach at the center of the Isle of Palms just a few minutes walk to restaurants and entertainment. You are only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and other great activities.
Our community offers a fresh water sparkling pool. Additionally, there is a coin operated laundry and free WiFi service.
You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views. It will be worth the climb to the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit.
