"This property is so amazing. The house was so clean and organized. Very comfortable living space with wonderful connecting decks on each level to enjoy the outside. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the yard was plenty big enough for outdoor fun such as their awesome corn hole custom boards! Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and a short ride to the 4 x 4 beach where you can spend the day and see the wild mustangs without paying for a tour.You do need a 4WD truck or SUV! The hosts are great people. Super responsive with questions or concerns and they have "boots on the ground" management in case you need something! I spent 2 weeks here and it felt like I was there an eternity. Can't wait to return to paradise next year!Enjoy!"

"Beautiful home and great vacation. There was a maintenance problem at the house we originally booked and the property manager, James, arranged a comparable house for my family with only days left before our vacation. The property management company nicely stocks the house with those things you end up needing at many rentals but always forget (soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.). Everything was clean, bright, and well-decorated. Felt like a home away from home for a weekend, at the beach of course."

"Our stay was great! There were 16 of us and most of us hadn't seen one another since our last gathering prior to Covid. Best feature of the house is the Kitchen level !Plenty of room for all to hang out and catch up comfortably.It was so nice to have our coffee in the morning on the outside deck ! The kitchen was fully stocked which made preparing meals and snacks a breeze.The weather was outstanding, so we did make good use of the pool. The beach area was beautiful and uncrowded.The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The owners, Mike and Carol, responded to the few concerns we had promptly. There are a lot of steps at the house and beach entrance so you are sure to get your steps in by the end of your stay! Please note that our group didn't need to use the top bunk beds - this might be a challenge for some folks if your larger group is adult / senior adult only.All in all, I would definitely recommend this home for large groups and I would stay here again! "Beautiful home with modern appliances. Clean water and beautiful pool/spa. Well cared for with minimal wear and tear. Getting in was easy with good initial communication from owner/manager Vacasa. Minor issues: sound system didn't work, broken lock on patio door, some wood siding coming off near the spa. Very minor things that did not affect the quality of our stay. Kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil you could want, lots of dishes and tableware, and nice newer appliances. Bathrooms were very clean and well supplied. "

"We all had a beautiful time. The home was in pristine condition and all the furnishings were new and state of the art. All was provide and we needed nothing except our meals. We loved the home and hope to stay again!"
