"Unfortunately, our room had a drainage issue with the shower. It further had issues with AC. They came to try and fix drainage but it smelled like eggs. We then got downgraded to another room which was very dirty and not to standard."

"This was in downtown San Jose. Easy to access from any direction. The hotel and the surrounding area was clean. It was next to the convention center. We checked in during weekend and the streets barely had cars in them. The staffs were friendly. Breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, sausages, hash ..."

"The room itself wasn’t too bad, it definitely had what it needed but it was definitely more dingy. The bathrooms were clean but rather dated which gives this look of being dirty. Sheets had random stains too but honestly I was looking to stay somewhere cheap and convenient so I can’t be too displeased. ..."
