It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas.

El mayor problema de este hotel es la falta de aislación de sus habitaciones, se escucha todo desde las habitaciones vecinas, desde el segundo piso y desde el jardín. Nos informaron que ya habían reforzado la aislación tiempo atrás, pero sin duda no fue suficiente en absoluto. El personal es muy amable, cordial y preocupado."
