"The whole experience was absolutely great from start to finish especially having Crystal & Henry assist us with all of our issues that came up a long the way. I checked out of the room at 11a & around 6 hours later I discovered that I left my company's laptop in the room I quickly went back to the hotel panicking & Crystal was there, I quickly told her of my problem, she quickly jumped into action called last & found, they had it, she let them know I was there to pick it up & to bring it up, because I had informed her that my train would be leaving in about 45 min, she mad a 2nd call to asked them to bring it up quickly & they did, ."THANK YOU CRYSTAL SO MUCH"! The room was clean, stacked with towels & other amenities. The cleaning crew responded to our request timely & politely. Wow and the Breakfast with eggs to order & omelets, Free happy hour daily doing your stay. Why would one stay anywhere else. I know won't.."
