Nuestro retiro junto al mar es un condominio recientemente renovado, hermoso, FRENTE AL MAR, en el PISO SUPERIOR que cuenta con una habitación con una lujosa cama king size, un baño con paredes de azulejos personalizados, cocina actualizada y bien surtida con encimeras de granito, puertas nuevas, todas las paredes recién pintadas y techos, pisos de madera, televisores de pantalla plana, wifi de alta velocidad, área común para parrillas, pasarela privada a la playa, 2 ascensores, duchas al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada, piscina al aire libre, cómodos baños a nivel del suelo junto a la playa, seguridad, conveniente Estacionamiento en la calle y servicio de check in / out las 24 horas. Disfrute de las hermosas vistas desde el balcón frente al mar con asientos para cenar o descansar.

Ropa de cama están incluidos en el alquiler.

BEST OCEANFRONT VIEW

Wall to wall sliders provided the best view of the ocean.Top floor felt like being on a ship at sea. Unit is completely upgraded with all you need for a beach vacation. Host was easy to reach too. Had a lovely week!

Fine Place, Excellent Location

Very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Excellent view of the beach and ocean, short drive to everything from Fort fisher to Wilmington. Condo owner gave very clear and helpful instructions on checking in and out. A recommended place.

Wonderful view!

This top floor condo is beautifully decorated and very clean and the view is spectacular! It happened to be a gorgeous super blue moon while we were there on the night of our anniversary and it was very special! We could not have been enjoyed ourselves more. Watching the sunrise was awesome too. It was definitely one of the best vacations we have taken. I hesitate to mention, because our time there was so great, the only issue we had is there were only 2 bath towels total, one each, for 5 days. The set was only enough for one person. It worked out because I had brought plenty of beach towels but it would have been nice to have at least 2 sets. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot with us though, it was a special anniversary we will never forget.

Wonderful Beachview.

Very pleased with our stay. I was concerned about the 11th floor but the elevators always prompt. We didn't cook much but the condo was fully stocked had we wanted. Location & beach access perfect. Always available parking One small request. 1 day’s coffee would have been a nice treat

PERFECT GETAWAY

Outstanding 11th floor full ocean front property with every thing you need to sit back and enjoy. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise on your balcony and relax to a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. This absolutely is an incredible property to spend your time at while enjoying Carolina beach.

Great condo/location

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and had beautiful beach decor. The view was incredible from the room. Location was perfect and within close distance to food, grocery, shopping. The owner was very responsive to anything needed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

SO relaxing!

What a great place to stay right on the beachfront. It is beautifully kept and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The place is modern and has everything you will need. The extras is that is has access to an outdoor and indoor pool and a dreict walk onto the beach. Robin provides prompt communication. It is close to many great restaurants and within just a couple of miles from the boardwalk. We will definitely return.

Loved the property. The only thing we didn't like was having to make the bed. My wife has to do that at home and she feels that it should have been sleep ready. The dishes aren't microwave safe.

Wonderful Beach Front Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo! It was perfect for the two of us, fully stocked with everything we needed and overlooking the ocean with a quick walk to the beach. The owner Robyn was very helpful and always responsive which made things easy and enjoyable too. We can't wait to come back to this gorgeous gem in Carolina Beach!

Great little condo location was good we were within walking distance of everything… no issues with the condo it was clean… well stocked with everything you’d need… ac worked great… perfect condo for 2 people… pools were nice and overall the whole property was very clean… the restrooms down at the pool were clean and the lounge area was nice too with tables, chairs and a big screen tv … I’d definitely stay here again.

This property has gone through a recent upgrade. New floors, granite counter tops, exellent bathroom with tub and shower. King bed. Very clean throughout. Easy contact and communication with the property owner. Never having stayed in this facility, we were very pleasantly surprised and happy that we chose this particuar condo. We would definitrly recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect beach condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found the condo clean and fully furnished. We had everything we needed, meaning no inconvenient trips to buy household or kitchen necessities which interfere with vacation fun! Also, everything was in working order, so no maintenance issues to keep us from the beach. Property manager, Robyn, was easily accessible for any questions during the rental process and the vacation week. The elevator made check-in/out and trips to the beach very easy. The view of the ocean and beach was spectacular! We had quiet and privacy even though most of the condos were occupied. I would definitely rent this property again!
