The housekeeping staff is excellent. Every time we come which we’ve stayed at your Holiday Inn over 20 times in the last four months. It’s always clean but a little dated as far as the rooms go in the bathrooms inside the rooms.

Not once but twice I got an early morning call which I never asked for at 4:49am and again at 5:00am. Woke me and my son up who couldn’t fall back asleep and I’m disabled.We had a tournament football game that morning and we were there to sleep not getting woken up at 4:49&5:00am. Not the hotel or Expedia has refunded me my money and I will continue to give bad reviews and spread everything on social media. I’m beyond pissed off still. I will never stay at an Hilton again nor will my football team who always does for tournament season. Do the right thing please.
