Very clean & tidy, comfortable beds. Perfect for our 2 night stay to visit Cowtown rodeo. I believe its family owned, all pitch in it to help run the motel. Two things we forgot to mention to owner. Our shower head leaked & our pillows were very firm. Nothing big & im sure if we had mentioned our shower head issue it would have been tended to right away. Would stay again.

Overall fine stay, you get what you expect with the room. The windows were kind nasty with grime and spiderwebs all over on the inside, but I didn’t care as it doesn’t take away from the main point which is sleeping. The beds were clean and comfortable. Great A/C in the rooms, bathroom was clean as well. Check in was easy, as well as check out. I would stay again if I am in the area again, just be careful of one of the entrances as the potholes are horrendous, and I’m not exaggerating. Please be cautious or use the other entrance.

Travelers who are looking for a clean, safe, affordable place to stay, and aren't much interested in frills, should find this establishment to their liking. People who want a swimming pool, exercise room and free breakfast should look elsewhere and pay more for those amenities. This is a unique place. It's old and worn but not squalid. The room had a refrigerator (with a working freezer), small microwave, TV, comfortable bed and pillows, modern bathroom (with a working fan), in-room coffee maker. It seemed to be family business, and the man I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. The town nearby has everything a person might need, including a nice park with a sizable paved walking path, and a scenic view of the lower Delaware River and the big twin bridges going over it. The motel is very close to I-295 for easy access but far enough away that noise wasn't a factor. This was my second time staying at this motel and I'll gladly stay there again next time I'm in the neighborhood.

I was unsure when booking this overnight stay. But once we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly. The location was very easily accessible and there were a lot of food options nearby. The parking lot and the room were extremely clean and well lit. I would definitely stay here again if passing through the area.
