The house is beautiful and in the center of wine country. Very clean and looks as shown in the photos, with the exception of the huge kitchen range. Apparently that broke at some point and there's a normal-sized range in the kitchen now.
BUT
We stayed for 4 days/3nights and halfway through our trip we lost water to the house. We called iTrip and spoke to Corey and he said he would look into it. Two hours later, no word from Corey. We call him back and he said to reset the circuit breakers in the house. We had to leave our wine tasting early to return to the house to reset the circuit breakers with no luck. Two hours later, no word from Corey. We called again and he said we actually need to reset the water pump power in the pump house. We had to walk 50 yards up to the pump house and climb down a rickety ladder into the pit to reset the power. We had to do this about every 1 to 2 hours when we needed water. I had to hike up in the middle of cooking dinner to reset the circuit breaker. After our trip I had to call Corey again and remind him of the problem. He said he would give us a small refund. While that was already insulting since the water situation threw off half our vacation, the worst part is - HE NEVER SENT IT! Corey never followed up or initiated conversations; it was always me.
In summary, enjoy the photos but look elsewhere. You may stay with no problems, water or otherwise, but if anything goes wrong, you'll be on your own. I know iTrip is trying to market this house for events. There is no way I would trust this crew with my special occasion. Imagine something goes wrong in the middle of your catered wedding; you'd be screwed.
