I highly advise against staying at this hotel, as they engage in false advertising regarding complementary airport shuttle services. The room I booked was not ready upon arrival, which was particularly disappointing given that I had informed the hotel about my birthday celebration at the time of booking. Furthermore, the hotel staff's welcoming demeanor was subpar, and the mini-bar was not stocked. The valet staff, operated by Prime Travelers, a third-party company, were unacceptably rude, and I believe it is crucial for them to maintain excellent hospitality standards for all guests. On a positive note, the bellman, Aaron, and employee Georgina, provided exceptional service and ensured that my birthday celebration was a success. The restaurant staff also delivered outstanding service. I am sharing this review to inform potential guests and hope that the hotel will take necessary steps to coach their staff and provide a more pleasant experience for visitors.

I spent the week of 25 May- 31 May at the resort and it was amazing. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa con mi pareja. Hideaway Adults only At check in Daniel was amazing and helped us with all the reservations, Bali Beds, and more. Very nice gentleman. Hideaway bar: Roel and Magaly were excellent and made the best drinks in the resort. Wonderful personality and very attentive. They made our stay amazing. Adriana the hosekeeoubg room 2209 was extremely attentive to our needs and kept the room very clean. Guadalupe at the Check in bar lobby area was very lovely and made delicious coffee. A smile on her face always! The overall experience was magnificent . The food was delicious. The food trucks were the highlight of the hotel! Yummy burgers, tenders, pork sandwich and more. The Italian restaurant Gracie was delicious and Hunter steakhouse one of favorites!

The property was beautiful & well maintained, including the beach (but there was a lot of seaweed, in/out the ocean). There were raccoons roaming at night, which is kinda crazy/scary lol
