We arrived and and had to wait 4 hours for our room. Other people who arrived after us got their rooms faster and we was advised it's because they were staying longer. Everyone tried to sell membership they will answer any question and right after refer you to do a membership. After waiting 4 hours we got a room that had a ceiling leak and at first they wanted to send maintenance only I had to request a new room. The following day we did the membership meeting and did not buy the staff was rude. Also for the meeting you have to show your card to everyone! The food was great but I will also like to add when we arrived I paid environmental fees and when leaving they told me I had to pay again. This resort is in the middle of no where and a tax is $150 round trip.

I loved the property and everything about it. The only thing I didn’t like was when I went to the bar, the Men seen me standing there and didn’t attend to me and actually skipped over me twice and tried to take someone else but both people (separate occasions) said I was there first and that’s when bar tender asked what would I like & I didn’t like that. I also didn’t like that the kids had activities up until 8:30 almost 9. If I wanted to see kids I would have brought my own or just booked with the regular Royalton.

The overall hotel use nice. The bartenders were amazing. Some of the staff was great. Most of the staff was rude especially room service. They did not want to bring our food on time and it was cold and nasty: they did not want to provide us with what we asked for. The adult entertainment was good. Overall I will not he back.

The Royalton is a top notch all inclusive resort. Buffet is wonderful and then 6 restaurants to chose from that open for dinner. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lots of entertainment during the afternoon and evenings. The diamond club upgrade is a waste of money in my opinion.

Dont waste your time here. I was supposed to get ocean view and got pool view. The entire trip no one was helpful. I got double charge at check out. The check in staff was horrible and rude! I messaged then to upgrade 2 days before arrival and they quoted me$71 ok get there and they said very rudely no it would be $200 extra a day. Then I also booked 2 queens and ended up with a king. I will say the rest of the staff was amazing and very kind. Did I enjoy my stay yes will I be back absolutely not. Being treated the way I did when I got there isn't something or somewhere I want to spend my money

The property was really nice, the rooms whete nice and clean. The beach is cover in seaweed the jacuzzi didn't work in our room or and the hideaway side. The bartender are awful I even started them off with a $10 tip. All the restaurants where booked for the whole week and they won't let you walk in. The food in the gourmet cafeteria was terrible and so was the food from room service. Disappointing trip.
