Our 3 bedroom en-suites located on the second floor with a 1/2 bath on the main living floor. This modern chic luxury home is located on the south part of the island in Punta Sur that has everything you need. This spacious home is brand new and newly furnished:

Excellent Property

The villa is located on the south end of the island, a golf cart, or a car will definitely be required for this spot. The property manager and house owner were very communicative, and were very fast to address any concerns or wishes that we had. The house itself is beautiful. It is very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen, bathing and bedding amenities that one would require for a nice stay. We would suggest to the homeowner that a hairdryer and an iron would be very helpful though. The heated pool is absolutely wonderful, and the views on the rooftop are stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar, and we would recommend it to anyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we would not hesitate to rent Villa Del Mar again. Thank you to the home owner for the thoughtful gift of beers, wines and liquors in the fridge upon our arrival. That was a very nice touch, and it clearly sets you apart from the rest of the premier hosts.

Perfect spot on the island

Our family of four had an amazing week here. The house is gorgeous, on the quiet end of the island, and well equipped with everything needed to relax and unwind. Heated pool was loved by all! We rented a golf cart for the week - definitely recommend - had a great time exploring the island. Easy to get around, get groceries, find good spots for tacos, etc. We ate twice at Mango Cafe and Samura, both were so good. Snorkeling was fun, and we spent some time at Kin Ha around the corner - built in entertainment for the kids, and great food and drinks. Communication with Hailey (the owner) and the property mgmt team before and during our trip was easy; super responsive always. All in all a wonderful time - we hope to come back some day! Thank you!

Beautiful, quiet paradise

The home is exactly as it states in the description. The property managers are lovely and very accommodating. The home is situated on a private road, but accessible to fun restaurants and beaches nearby. You will need a golf cart to get around!

Location was Perfect!

We had a great stay at Casa Vista Del Mar! Hailey was a super host right from the start by answering questions prior to booking. We have never had a host thank us for staying in their property at the end of the stay like Hailey did. This was a nice touch, so were the goodies upon arrival! The management team they have working with them did a fantastic job the couple of times we needed them, super responsive and delivered quick results. The location of this property was the best part - (aside from the super comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen)...Punta Sur was a five minute walk and we took full advantage of the local cantinas being so close! We had some of our best meals on the island so close to home! We did rent 2 carts for the 6 of us and there was plenty of room in the driveway, we were glad we had them for the entire 10 day trip. Thanks for having us!

Slice of paradise

Another great stay on the island. This house is walking distance to Punta Sur for sunrise. Extremely clean and beautiful furnishings. Fully stocked including beach chairs and coolers and beach towels. The views from the rooftop are stunning! We rented golf carts from Gomar II. I would not recommend them as they were old and slow. Owner and property manager were very friendly, quick and attentive to our needs.

Awesome views

I thought this property was much nicer than the pictures indicated! Hailey has it well prepared for guest. The beds and pillows were super comfy also! The views from the rooftop was the best! I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Lovely place.

The house is lovely, each bedroom has its own bathroom and all have a sea view. The home could be more hurricane-proof - we survived a hurricane and it didn't feel safe due to malfunctions. Also, wish we knew that all the beaches were on the opposite side of the island. Luckily, the cart ride to the other side was so pleasant because you're going along the coast, that we didn't mind it too much. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Isla Mujeres Gem of a Home

Nicely done home with ocean views to die for! The home was well accommodated with comfortable furniture, beds and bathrooms. The rooftop patio is fabulous and the lounge chairs perfect to enjoy the views and get some sunshine. Super place to stay!

Girl’s Trip to Paradise

I booked this house for a girl’s trip to celebrate birthdays. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast at the house and made pico and guacamole. The house is located on a quiet part of the island which we enjoyed. We rented a golf cart and were on our way to wherever we wanted to go! Most important was we felt safe. Hailey the owner of the house was super nice and helpful and the house manager, Memo, was able to help us with whatever we needed. We are already planning “Girl’s Trip 2020” and will definitely consider this property as an option.
