"I didn't expect too much with the price. However, the staff treated me well and the room looked clean with the exception of a dirty spot or mold by the sink, couldn't tell which. None of that too bad but when I woke up to a roach on the wall, that made me angry and THEN I got charged another $100 at checkout. Staff said it was immediately given back but it still hit my account. That needs to be taken care of ASAP because being charged $100 to stay and to leave is CRAZY! I know she said it was a mistake but after seeing the roach I was pissed and ready to go home. "

"I travel a lot so I have to say that this was the worst stay ever at a hotel The elevator was broken and they were not telling customers until check-in I just had my foot partially amputated and had to carry my luggage and stuff up to the second floor via the stairwell Also in order to get hot water in the bathroom sink I had to cut the shower on to let the hot water run re only "
