40th anniversary

Great house, well set up for a stay with plenty of room for us and our three adult children and spouses. The house does not have AC and it gets a little warm when you use the oven but the fans do move a lot of air. The backyard was a great place for our family to gather in the evenings and we enjoyed the basement games and TV area.

Great stay & super close to everything.

Great location to get to rafting, downtown, 3 different hot springs ( two very close ). House was perfect for our family. My wife & I plus our 17 year old daughter. My two sisters and spouses. Owner is a great lady & super helpful.

Exceeded our expectations!

Came into town to visit my daughter who just moved to BV and celebrated my son’s 21st bday in his fav state! House was beautiful and accommodating-had everything we needed and more. House was bigger than expected! We enjoyed the hottub, the gorgeous saloon out back and the theatre was an awesome touch although there’s so much to do in the area we were exhausted at the end of the day and didn’t get to use it. Beds were comfortable and so happy to see hi chair for our 9 mo old grandson who came with! So many nice touches and perfect area to stay in!!

Family Getaway

The property was in good shape, had an issue with disposal let Cheryl know. The interior was very clean, well organized. Enjoyed the saloon and fire pit,my only minor issue was the hot tub water was dirty said it hadn't been changed in 200 plus days. Overall very nice stay will be back Thanks for everything

Great place for a family to gather

We had a multi-generational family get together and had a great time at this house. The owners thought of all the details and we enjoyed the outdoor space, the saloon, the easy access to trails and town, and the theater! We will stay here again if we're back in BV!

Lovely stay in BV in quiet neighborhood

This property is a gem in a quiet neighborhood. The house and yard are spotless. Inside, the beds, pillows, couches and linens in top-notch shape and very comfortable. Ceiling fans throughout provide wonderful ventilation. Blinds and curtains provide excellent sun protection and privacy. Dining table seats 4 and additional counter space seats another 4. The owner has thought of everything- extra blankets, hand sanitizer and lotion at the front door, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The best “host handbook” I’ve seen! Outside, the fully fenced backyard with beautiful views is private and quiet. Deer wandered around in the open area in the mornings and evening. Plenty of chairs and a large outdoor patio table for relaxing or dining. Hot tub was a treat and the stars were beautiful. The separate “saloon” was just as cute and inviting as the rest of the house. The location of the house was walkable and bikable (for our group) via neighborhood streets to the south main & downtown area - about a mile and very pleasant. This place is a good fit for groups of adults & families. This is in a quiet neighborhood and that’s a huge plus for us because we valued the quiet and liked the fact that we were expected to blend in with the full-time neighbors. This place would not be a fit for groups who would have trouble following the quiet hours.

Great spot in BV

Great spot for a long weekend away. Stayed with my family, husband and children (age 2 and 5), and dogs. All the spaces in the house are well thought out. The kids loved playing with the ping pong/ air hockey table and enjoyed movie night in the theater. Location is great for exploring BV. House is very cozy and so quiet at night! Would stay here again.

Cheryl and her crew have really created a lovely home in which to stay with friends or a large family and their pets. The home was immaculate, extremely well stocked with beautiful furnishings! The large backyard is fully enclosed and Waterfall Saloon is too cute resist! A wonderful time was had by all!

Great spot for 14er and rafting

This property seems newly renovated. Everything was crisp and sharp. The actual condition was exactly per the pictures. We had fun in the evening in the unique “Saloon” out back. We threw darts and had a couple beverages out there. Indoors, downstairs there was a home theatre and a mini ping pong/air hockey table . We weren’t there long enough to enjoy that, but it was cool anyway. The only negative: we missed on the listing was that there was no A/C. In the mountains, often A/C is not needed, but in mid-July during our stay, it was hot! There were portable fans, but we really weren’t comfortable until late in the evening. The listing says “central heat”…..but it is really baseboard electric heat, so don’t let that “central” word fool you into assuming A/C. This did not ruin our stay. We just dealt with it. It was a cool place and I would stay there again.

We had such a good time in BV! House was as pictured. Perfect for our two dogs too! Bring ground coffee if you want coffee at the house in the morning.
