Peaceful Family Retreat

This is a spacious property. The bedrooms are large and it is well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for our family and friends.

Great long weekend!

We stayed here while in town at a wedding at the Surf Hotel. The property was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. We were very pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked the property was with kitchen and household essentials. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Buena Vista again.

Gorgeous home, very clean, new finishes, and great location to easily get any where in Buena Vista. Sleeps 12 is a generous statement, foutons are small and not comfortable.

Home away from home

As per email communications with owners, everything we needed to know prior to and check in were clearly conveyed to us. The property was clean, and had all the kitchen amenities, as well as bathroom necessities available to us. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing we missed was AC, as it was extremely hot the day we arrived. The ceiling and floor fans just didn't cut it. But it was clearly stated in the property description that there wasn't any AC. The following day was on the cool side thankfully. Overall, our 2 night stay was really nice and enjoyable.

Great space for multiple families

We really enjoyed our stay here! We especially appreciated the ample parking, as we were traveling with three trucks and trailers with our UTVs, so that was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We'd definitely return!

Wonderful home

This is a great home and was all it's listing said it was. Easy to deal with the owners and would highly recommend this property. We were there when it was very warm and the only drawback would be that this home like many in the area does not have AC but other than that it was lovely.

Last night in Buena Vista

We were in town for a wedding at the Surf and then had a day of off roading planned after the wedding and needed a place to stage camping gear and luggage and then sleep for the night before heading home. Honestly I wish we had booked this for more nights, it's a great place for a family of 5 like us. Furnishings are great, house was very clean, beds were comfortable. Also, I asked to adjust and add an extra day so that we could store gear out of our off road vehicles while we took guests up into the mountains and that process was super easy and fast and was a life saver for our plans after we had many more people interested in going with us than we had planned. Would gladly come back and have this be our first choice for staying in BV.

Large, comfortable, clean, and all the appliances worked. We even figured out the TV remote without drama. For those that vaca much, these are not the norm in most rental properties. Jeff and Heather were superb virtual hosts. Very relaxing stay in one our favorite towns. I'd do it again in a heart beat. Thanks.

Clean and Convenient

The property was very clean and felt practically brand new. It was nice that extra bedding for the futons and air up mattresses were easy to find and labeled. The view from the backyard is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed here for one night but it is a great property. Very clean and they provided all the necessities. A few blankets were damp and we had to dry them or not use them but that didn’t bother us. It meant that they were clean. They had plenty of extra blankets for us in the closets so we were good.

Looks like the pictures!

The home was beautiful and very clean. Accurate portrayal in pictures. Nice neighborhood close to everything. Hosts checked in on us and were easy to communicate with. House had all the extras you might need and we were very cozy there. No air conditioning but even in mid July the home stayed cool and breezy with the windows open. We enjoyed a nice relaxing vacation and we will definitely be staying here again. You will love this home!
