Had to be asked twice for the complimentary snacks and beverages to be stocked in my room. Rooms smell of sewerage and poor plumbing. Was not told when check out was and after being 3 minutes late was automatically locked out of my room with all my belongings still inside. Not worth the premium price

Room was excellent , amazing view of the river and south bank through the floor to ceiling windows . Pool area was brilliant . The casino and rooftop viewing decked were packed with non residents and was very busy at sunset and weekend evenings with a few overly drunk people . Lots of areas cordoned off for private functions which was annoying , we got kicked out of one bar and had to move

Stunning accommodation in the heart of the CBD. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, featuring modern comforts and technology, including bedside USB and USB-C charging ports and automated curtains that open to reveal a spectacular view upon entry. Guests enjoy exclusive access to an impressive recreational area with pools, a sauna, steam room, and a well-equipped gym, all offering breathtaking views over Southbank. The lifts provide direct access from any floor to the Sky Deck, which is a standout feature. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to guest needs. Complimentary minibar snacks and beverages, along with two drink vouchers for the club, were a lovely added touch. Room service was prompt and delivered with a smile. I very much look forward to returning.
