We booked a deluxe king suite , when got in the room we found that we were in a handicap accessible room.There was no room divider for living room , and the tub was in the living room next to couch.The bathroom had 2 drains in the floor for the shower because it being handicapped accessible made the water run all over bathroom floor .The carpet was dirty and it looked as if the only cleaning that was done was changing bed.And quick wipe down of countertop in bathroom.The front desk staff and the women who made breakfast were wonderful though.

Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites, Bridgeport, West Virginia, We were very impressed at how clean the facility was and the spaciousness of our room. Also, the breakfast was more than adequate with many hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

The rooms were pretty soundproof and beds were nice and firm. Need to change your breakfast hours to 6 to 10. 6-9 only three hours not much if you want to sleep in alittle. Maybe offer coffee 24/7 that would be nice.I would recommend again

My biggest issue with the property was the mattress on the pull out couch-that evening when we went to make our kids bed the mattress was so bad that we wouldn’t let them sleep on it. So many brown stains and just looked all around awful. I went to desk to ask if any chance for a different room-I know it was a just weekend in the area but didn’t get any type of oh I’m sorry or nothing from the front desk staff it that they’d make a note for the mattress to be changed. That didn’t help my family that booked the suite for 4. The next morning I went to the desk again to make sure the night person passed along that the mattress needed to be changed and she had no idea but when showed picture said oh yes that’s bad.

Hotel was clean, service and front desk employee were fantastic! Only complaint was at 5:30 am Sunday morning. Kids that we're staying at the hotel we're running up and down the hallway banging on doors of the hotel. Woke me up and couldn't sleep in before checking out. They need to control their guest who stay there and not bother paying guest!

Decent Stay

It was a good stay over all. Nice pool and spa. I stayed 2 nights and was a little taken back that they didn't clean the room. I had to ask for towels. They were also out of shampoo and conditioner in the dispenser. Otherwise, the food was good, staff was friendly and the property was very nice.

Room was very dirty crumbs all over sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa mattress so thin that you could squeeze it flat with 2 fingers . (Better off just sleeping on couch) Bathroom smelt like dirty mop water was so bad my 4 year old refused to take a bath because of smell ..people in room above us were so loud couldn't sleep until noise stopped which wasn't until 12:30am had to be up by 5 am next morning when reported to front desk on 2 separate occasions they seemed to care less. No blankets for sleeper sofa ) when asked for some front desk acted like it was a huge both . Pool had no towels once again went to front desk and asked for towels and it also was a big deal ...we travel all over and this is by far the worst customer service/ dirtiest hotel we have stayed at and for a comfort inn I would of expected better !
