July Stay

The condo was very clean and in a great location, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool however was a big disappointment. It was not clean and there were no lounge chairs to sit in. We ended up buying a day pass to the Hilton so we could use their pool both Sunday and Monday. If you're not interested in pool time I would highly recommend this property.

Branson Vaca

Nice for my teens and me. Wasn’t there a whole lot as we were pretty busy doing things. Condo was a little bit of a drive from most of our activities and my teens wished the pool could be open past 9. Most days we didn’t get home until after 9 and it was still hot so they wanted to swim. Overall very quiet condo. The view was fantastic!

Nice Unit, Strong Cigarette Smell

Great location to Silver Dollar City. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four. It was a nice surprise that there was both a booster seat and high chair attachment for a chair (no over the shoulder straps though). It was relatively quiet except for some loud front door closing by other residents. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was nice and the living room very comfortable. There is no cable, which greatly disappointed my husband who wanted to watch a game on ESPN. The TVs are all smart TVs, so I was able to AirPlay what we needed/wanted from my phone. The reason why I gave 3 stars is that the unit smelled strongly of cigarettes. My family includes two young children, and the smell was very unpleasant. It seemed strongest in the primary bathroom. Once we were in the unit for a time, we got used to it, but upon entering the space it was quite strong. The property was listed as non-smoking, and there was signage displaying as such, but clearly someone had smoked in the unit. I would not have booked this unit knowing there had been a smoker there. Had the smell not been so overwhelming, it would have been a very nice stay.

Family memories

We came to Branson to take a last run on fire in the hole before they shut it down. I had always come as kid and then brought my daughter and now my granddaughter. The condo was close to the strip but in a quite area, clean and comfortable

Branson Getaway

Nice condo with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. The only downside is carrying luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and would recommend the condo.

Cute, Clean and Great Location

We found the unit to be exactly as described. It is really close to silver dollar city and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the close parking and the views from the deck were beautiful! It was the perfect place for our stay in Branson. We did have one tiny issue with a smoke detector, and the management took care of us immediately! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Beautifully decorated, GREAT patio view, Close to everything

The condo was decorated SO nicely! The view from the patio was amazing! You're such a short drive to literally almost anything - food, stores, attractions, Table Rock Lake, visitor center ect.!!! The pool being directly across from this condo was perfect. I am so thankful we found this gem in Branson! I Highly recommend it! Also, having 4 children in our group the TV in every room really was a plus for "down time" before bed each night to snuggle up with a show/movie on.

Quiet Location with easy (driving) access to venues

Clean, comfortable and quiet 3-bedroom condo with short driving distance to Branson shows and close to lake. No issues with check-in or -out. Plenty of parking. Will absolutely stay there again.

Great property

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one had everything you could possibly need..pots, pans, bowls, utensils and etc. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was nice that the owner text so you felt like he cared about the people that rented from him. Thanks again!!

Family Vacation

Great place to stay...very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. It was near the strip and not too far from the landing. Farris was very accommodating and cordial. We didn't realize that it was an upstairs unit but that was our only issue. So just realize that and if stairs are not an issue, you will really love this place.

Overall the property was clean. Ceiling fans needed a good clean, which I wiped them down , the cleaner used on the hard floors left a sticky film and made our feet black after walking on them. All the carpets need a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, appreciated having a washer and dryer. Close to everything. Thanks!

modern and clean

Very nice place. Everything seemed new and modern. It has three bedrooms with one bed in each. The fourth bed is a pull-out sofa and with only a sheer curtain in the living room, facing east, it is bright early for the couch sleeper. One hall bathroom and one bathroom in the master, drained well with good water pressure.. We would stay here again.

So very amazing.

The property was secluded and private and only a short drive to downtown Branson. There was plenty of parking and this condo is right across the lane from the pool. Inside, the condo was comfortable, had more than enough sleeping space, and was so very clean. Honestly, the condo was perfect, but the owner/contact we had for the condo was probably the best part. They were courteous, checked on us periodically, were only a text away, and ensured we had everything we need. Thank you for an amazing week down in Branson!

Beautiful condo and great host!

This condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfy, too! I slept better during my stay than I have in quite some time. The check-in and out was extremely easy and the owner was phenomenal! He checked on us to make sure everything was great. The location is perfect, just outside of town. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We were able to see the Branson Wheel light show every night. This condo gets a 10/10 from me!
