Holiday Stay

No issues booking. Setup was clean and no delays. The property was more than we expected. The pictures on the website couldnt do it justice. The helpful hints in the guide book helped our stay immensely. Will come back again. Made our holidays specialsspecial.

Our New Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. In fact our 3 year old referred to it as “Our new home!” We enjoyed both pools and the close proximity to Silver Dollar City. We will definitely be staying here again

A perfect place for our trip

Comfortable, Clean, Cozy Condo

Our group was a family of 2 seniors, 1 adult and 2 tweens. The space and the arrangement was perfect for us. The host is very generous with coffee, snacks, games, and toys. The furniture is new and very comfortable. The deck is great and you are in a peaceful forested area. The location is close to all Branson has to offer especially Silver Dollar City. We also rented the unit below this unit to give us room for additional family members. We made many happy memories in Happy Oaks!

Family Getaway

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and as described with a few extra surprises. Very easy to check in and out. If we had any questions before or during our stay they were answered quickly. Our only concern was that the pools and activities are a car ride away. They are not within walking distance. This location is just our of town enough to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to all of the activities that Branson offers. We will return.

Amazing!

Enjoyed everything about our stay! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Air conditioner kept everything nice and cool. Lots of extras to add a special touch to our stay (hot chocolate packets, k-cups, detergent pods, bathroom soaps, extra blankets, TP, bottled waters, and so much more)! Literally only a few minutes away from Silver dollar City! Great communication to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it to be. We definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to Branson/SDC!

Lovely gem in W Branson

This is a beautifully furnished property in an easy to access location. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Great location in relation to SDC and W Branson spots (away from the tourist traps). We had no issues, but they provided easy communication with the property contact. Sarah made the check in easy, and they have standard checkout procedures. Nice stay for our family of 4.

You get what you pay for

We had a love/hate relationship with this location. PRO'S -location was fantastic. Right on the edge of Stone County, you could get to Silver Dollar City in just a few minutes. -Open concept of the condo was great. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other -Parking was easy and right by the door. -Beds were really comfortable CON'S -THE WORST: the key was very hard to use to open the door. It took us 3-5 minutes every time to try to get the door open. When it is over 100 degrees outside and you just got done with traveling, or a day of sightseeing, you want to get in the house as soon as possible, but instead we had to deal with the frustration of unlocking the door. we thought we got it figured out, but didn't work that way the next time. It was terrible. Locking is just as bad, but you can lock from the inside, so we bypassed that. This reason alone is why we will not stay here again. -this house was not as clean as described. We lifted the toaster to use and there were crumbs under it. As well as the window sills all had bugs and a nice coat of dust -there was either an end of a blunt or a cigar on the rug in the living room. I have a picture if they want to see it. It was nasty and potentially dangerous. The tub did not drain well at all, so we always had standing water while we showered. There was an earring from another person on the spare bathroom floor. It makes me think they maybe spot clean the place instead of giving it a good scrubbing. -TV has NO cable or satellite. This is stated in the agreement, but I overlooked it. If you and your family like to relax and enjoy a little tv noise after a long day of sightseeing, do NOT go here. Even the roku in the master bedroom nor the antenna in the living room worked. -you can hear EVERYTHING the next door neighbor is doing. I don't know if they had rowdy kids or dogs, but there was always movement in the adjourning condo and we heard it all. If this was just loud guests, you may not have a problem. If they are the owners that are always there, bring earplugs. -The pictures are correct that this place does not have updated appliances, tubs, etc. We knew that and were ok as long as they worked. The tubs had a little too much wear and gunk on them after years of use and they didn't drain worth a crap, but were still usable. Overall, we decided we can spend a little more money to get a better experience next time. It really sucks though, because this place is in a prime spot.

Nice Place - Security Gate Hassle

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean, beautiful, and had a good sized living room for us all to hang out. Our only issue was with the security gate upon entering. We didn’t have the parking permit they required so we had to go to a side office and work it out there. While at the office, I found the permit in my junk email and had no way of printing or filling it out at that point. A heads up about a required parking permit and a security gate would have been nice!
