Small Gym Showdown Trip

We loved this place. It was close to everything you needed. We loved the local grocery store Detwiler's. They have the best fresh veggies and watermelon. If you plan on staying here i would definitely say to check out Coquina Beach. It was vey clean, had picnic tables to enjoy lunch at and the beach was not crowded at all. The house offered 2 usable coolers and had pool noodles, boogie boards and even beach chairs to use. I would recommend this house to anyone. It was very spacious for our party of 12. They even offered a crock pot which we used for our taco bar night. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet.
Best grocery store we have been too.
Outdoor table great for watermelon and cantaloupe by the pool.

Annual Florida Trip

Every year we visit as a large group with our kids and struggle to find the perfect place to accommodate. This year we found it. Tony and Christine’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was so spacious and the kids absolutely loved the pool - especially the little waterfall feature. There were so many things to keep them entertained - from the pool floaties to the games and the big bean bag chairs, it was perfect. The location was great with a beautiful park just steps down the road and the beach a short drive away. Tony and Christine were amazing hosts with superb communication. Any issues that we had, they addressed immediately and went above and beyond to ratify. Overall we had a great vacation. If you’re looking for a great spot to stay with tons to do you’ve found it.

“Better than Turks!”

“This is better than Turks & Caicos!” - 10Yr oldMy kids loved the heated pool, ping pong table, and large tv. We are a family of 6, and appreciated having plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own room. Manatee Beach on Anna Maria Island is an easy drive with plenty of parking, rentals, food and public restrooms. We loved this beach. We played mini golf at Smugglers Cove, and fed the baby alligators. The Ugly Grouper is a must for a delicious meal in a fun environment. I appreciated the beach towels available so we did not have to pack them. The house was supplied with everything! We had a wonderful stay. Tony was always quick to respond to any questions. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic

The house was clean, quiet, and very fun. Tony went out of his way to take care of logistics and answer any questions. In fact, we accidentally had a food delivery a day early and he still made himself available to take care of it. I recommend the property without reservations.

We had a great time at this place. The decor is just so vibey and the pool and fire pit was a hit. We didn’t get to use the outdoor TV (we weren’t sure where it was or how to set it up, but we also didn’t ask about it).

Great house for big group

We had 8 adults and 13 high school seniors - the property was perfect! There were multiple living areas that allowed for kids to hang out separately from the adults. We had absolutely everything that we needed. Property manager was very responsive to provide quick answers. The surrounding area was perfect - this home was a short drive to Anna Maria Beach - great shopping and amazing food! We loved using the pool hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!

An amazing week! When we first entered this home we were surprised at how large it was. Two kitchens, two islands, huge custom dining table which fit all of us for meals and card games. The huge game room was a hit with everyone. We've never experienced anything like the 150 foot tv. The outdoor ping pong table was used every day as was the hot tub and pool. We appreciated the grill as we ate almost all meals at the house. Travelling with infants and toddlers can be a challenge but not here. This home caters to every age. Tony and Christine have cribs, porta-cribs, and a high chair. They also supply so many amenities that no other VRBO we have stayed in supplied i.e. shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, Tide, spices, ice machine. The kitchens were stocked with everything you need. The fenced in pool was a game changer. No worries with the children as the doors also have alarms that can be engaged. If you are lucky enough to book this home and bring your young ones, The Pirate Adventure in Cortez is a "must do"! It was definitely a highlight of the week for the kids and adults. Also recommend the Mote Aquarium and Manatee Public Beach on Anna Maria Island and St. Armands Circle (for shopping). I could go on and on, we absolutely loved this home and the surrounding area. I forgot to mention the decor. You can see by the photos but even more charming in person. Tony and Christine were wonderful to work with!

LUXE6BR Amazing Stay

We had 18 people staying overnight with ages from 20 months to 82years old. The property provided plenty of outdoor space for family to gather and swim, play ping pong or corn hole, or talk at firepit. Walmart was right around the corner so very convenient when meal planning for the large group. There was plenty of large gathering areas inside for adults to talk yet other more private areas for teens to escape to recharge or do their phones. Of course, everyone lover the giant TV room with the Giant bean bags and wrap around sectional couch. The crib/playpen and high chair and all furniture was kid friendly (no glass coffee tables or sharp edges etc). If we ever do another wedding and need lots of housing then this will be one of our first choices! Of course, we loved this house so much- we are tempted to try Bourbon’s other house next time so we can compare!! We loved it- the hosts were very responsive to texts with any questions we had .. even for thing we couldn’t find. Always friendly and quick to help us. I highly recommend this for your next large mixed-age group stay!

Perfect Place - Will Be Coming Back!!!

We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family (16 total), in Florida that was somewhere close to the beach, and also a home that was actually spacious enough so we wouldnt feel claustrophobic (lol). We sure chose the PERFECT PLACE!!! The layout of the house is even better than what is described! We didn't even feel like we needed to go anywhere because the house was so much fun! I have a feeling this will be the place we will now use for the big family vacations. Tony, the owner of the property, was awesome, and so kind! We were celebrating my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and he and his family happened to be in FL at their other property, and he stopped by and brought cupcakes!! If you are looking at this property for your stay, dont hesitate, I promise you won't regret it!

This place is AMAZING!

What a cool house. Loved the decor and that it was different than any property I’ve stayed in before. The house is much bigger once you come in, there is plenty of room for a large group, the pool/outdoor area is stunning, and the hangout room with the 4 tv’s is so cool plus just a great place to hangout with everyone. Will definitely stay here again!
