Esta hermosa y moderna casa de vacaciones, completamente renovada, se encuentra en West Bradenton, a poca distancia en automóvil de las playas más hermosas de Florida en la isla Anna Maria.

La casa se acaba de actualizar con una nueva cocina con encimera de granito, baños renovados y todos los muebles y equipos nuevos.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio, una reina y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos.

El comedor tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a una gran verja en lanai con una gran piscina climatizada. Patio trasero esta completamente cercado.

La casa tambi��n está equipada con una cuna y una silla alta.

Una lavandería con lavadora (cargador frontal) y secadora, además de un garaje con un lugar de estacionamiento, completan este encantador hogar lejos de casa.

The property was nice. Plenty of room in the house and in the screened in pool area. The house was generally clean. There were some small cobwebs in the corners and dust on some tables and shelves. The pool was generally clean, but we had to scoop out some bugs and other black debris. The pool company arrived on Friday and they cleaned it decently.

Nice Property!

We enjoyed our stay! All of the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow regarding entry into the property and care of the pool. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was supplied very well, enough that you could cook just about anything you wanted to. The only thing I wished was included was paper products (paper towels and toilet paper). It is probably an oversight on my part for not reading the fine lines, but when you rent a house for a week, I think it would be nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet paper on hand! I put four stars on the cleanliness of the property, only because it wasn’t up to my standards, which are very high (just ask my husband haha). I felt like the house could use a deep cleaning, but that would just be my personal preference. I definitely would rent the house again, and would recommend it to others!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was as described in the listing. It was very clean and had everything needed other than food if you plan on cooking in. There is a garage that is for guest use, with automatic garage door opener. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, activities, and the beach. The large pool was a nice way to start and end the day. The covered porch with tv and Alexa to listen to music while outside was an unexpected bonus. Over all, the property was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet get away

Definitely nestled in a small neighborhood but this house has everything you could need for a wonderful family vacation. We had an amazing clean pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a clean home to come back to every night. Short drive to many boat ramps, bays , and beaches. Definitely would return.

We had an overall great time at this house. It was clean and exactly as listed. The pool was wonderful to have. The only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable. My daughter even complained about how uncomfortable the twin beds are and she can sleep on anything.

Yellow Pool Haus

What a lovely home and property. We have stayed before. Only a few issues of concern: 1. House keeping was considerably lacking. Nothing was dusted. The lamps and shades, anything wood, all very dusty. The second bath shower head is loose and leaks but there were no tools available. NONE of the windows were locked or secured. They were wide open and anyone could have come through them. I don’t think the housekeepers knew how to lock them after cleaning. There is no oversight as to the things people leave behind and just throw in the garage. I am sure the owners do not realize and are relying on the house keepers to communicated Lastly, the communication response time with sun coast vacations is poor to say the least. They discourage any other routes accept through them and discourage phone calls. The trouble is they take 3 days to respond! The house is well laid out, nicely decorated with great beds. The pool and area outside is fantastic. The pool man came Monday and Thursday to clean and add chemicals. The old fence could be replaced as the neighbors stare through all the cracks and holes.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage !

Nach 2019 haben wir zum zweiten Mal Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und ich kann meine Bewertung von 2019 eigentlich nur wiederholen. Wir haben den eigenen Pool - und den erneuerten Poolbereich - sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es gibt jede Menge Hand- und Pooltücher. Das Wohnviertel ist angenehm ruhig und in der Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants und Supermärkte in jeder Preisklasse. Die Strände von Ana Maria Island erreicht man in etwa 15-20 Minuten und sämtliche Strandparkplätze sind auf AMI noch immer kostenlos.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

We came to Florida so my 96 yr old (almost 97) grandma could visit her 95 yr old sister. We the house was perfect for all the health needs and physical requirements for all the elderly women. There was a groups of 6, plus the 95 yr old that came to visit, all 52 and above. The house was so cute and the pool made it perfect! There were lots of beach items in the garage, like the wagon which made my job of getting everything to the beach much easier. 15 mins to the beach, go early or it’s crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would recommend this house and would come stay again when we come back!

Family Together

Nice quiet neighborhood but with everything nearby. We drove to Bradenton Beach or Lido Beach every morning. Pool supplied great entertainment. Pool couple came twice the week. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Enjoyed “Alexa.” She gave us music at the pool. We used the grill several times. Thank you so much for allowing us a wonderful week.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Einrichtung ist gut und an technischer Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Der Pool ist sicher das Highlight - wir haben viel Zeit darin verbracht!- Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Screen an vielen Stellen defekt ist und deshalb seine Schutzfunktion vor Tieren nicht erfüllen konnte. Der Bereich des "Gartens" ums Haus herum ist sicher zweckmäßig - schön ist er nicht! Wir hätten uns für einige Geräte eine Gebrauchsanleitung gewünscht.-

Perfect family getaway!!

This home has been well updated, and was very comfortable for our family of four. The beds were all very comfortable, and both of our kids had their own rooms. The pool and backyard have been well maintained, and we spent a lot of time just hanging out there as a family. You are about 15 minutes from Bradenton Beach / Anna Maria Island. We made it to St. Pete in about 25 minutes, and the Clearwater / St. Pete airport in about 35 minutes. If we come back to visit the Bradenton area, we will check the availability of this house first!!

Christmas Getaway

It's a beautiful home, bed were super comfortable and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Pool was very nice. Only issue was a problem with the pool. It was suppose to be heater and because it needed a new filter took 3 days to fix. It was over Christmas but they should've 1- not acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and 2- should've offered to reimburse the days I paid for heat but didn't get it. Once the filter was replaced and heater started working it was truly wonderful!
