"The house was gorgeous clean and comfortable We took our grandchildren to Cooperstown for the day and then were able to relax at the house in the evening I was surprised the kitchen had no spices available The views from the house were amazing I would definetly recommend it "

"It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games in the living room, we didn't get a chance to use them but it was nice that they were there. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area! "

"The cabin was somewhat secluded with an incredible view of the changing leaves. Everything was clean, and the provided linens and paper products were very convenient. "

"We were there for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Perfect for us. A little less than 30 minutes away. Freezer would make some rattling sounds that would occasionally wake us up in the morning, but that seemed pretty minor to us. Plenty of space and nice setting. No close neighbors to worry about."
