This place was odd. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what it used to be before it was converted to a hotel because it was obviously not always a hotel. There was no one to greet us when we checked in at about 4:45 in the afternoon. Instead there was an envelope with my name on it to let myself in. There was no sign of anyone at the front desk (or much of anywhere in the inn at all) until the next morning. It was kind of creepy. It was in a neighborhood pretty far from most things.

This place was convenient to Boulder. We had our dog (Cam) and there were plenty of trails literally right outside the front door. The people were all friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay.

It’s was dirty and smelly and the hot tub wasn’t clean as well as the showers had dirt in them the beds had specs of something the room slept if cigarettes there were multiple homeless people checking in there was trash all over the building the hot tub had leaves and dirt inside of it everything was just disgusting

It is an older motel in a residential area 20 minutes outside Boulder, generally less expensive than staying in Boulder. I have stayed there twice. The breakfast was average, or somewhat below average. It was quiet. The front desk shuts down around 7pm.

We love Twin Lakes. We stay there every time we are in town. We appreciate the breakfast, but maybe they can add a waffle maker to add waffles to the menu.

Very friendly staff, clean linens, comfortable bed - just what I needed for an overnight stay! The Inn is tucked into a neighborhood and is easy to find. There is a nearby walking trail and playground, plenty of parking, and has easy access to Boulder and Longmont.

Great place to stay

Check in and out was easy . Front desk person was nice. Room was very spacious, had mini fridge, microwave, plenty of space for clothes and a safe in the closet. Bed was very comfortable and the inn very quiet at night . Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, and pastries. I would highly recommend this place to stay and will stay again.
