I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. While check-in went smoothly and the room itself was comfortable, there were a few incidents that left my family and me quite disappointed. First, we were looking forward to using the heated pool after breakfast this morning, only to find it closed due to a broken heater. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed during the reservation process or at check-in. My daughter had already changed into her swimsuit and was very upset to learn that the pool was unavailable. Secondly, at approximately 10:45 a.m., someone entered our room without knocking while we were in the process of getting dressed to check out. This was an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable breach of privacy, as we were partially undressed at the time. On both occasions, I approached the front desk to seek clarification and assistance, but the staff member I spoke with appeared indifferent and dismissive of my concerns. I found this lack of professionalism and empathy very troubling, especially in a hospitality setting where guest experience should be a top priority. I trust you will look into these matters seriously and address them with your team to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. I would appreciate a response regarding how these situations will be handled and what steps will be taken to prevent them from happening again.

The room is much bigger than normal. The entry brings you directly into the kitchen. The kitchen has a full size frig and a bar counter with two bar stools. We moved the ottoman into the entry so we could sit down to put shoes on. The SL3 bus stop is a short walk from the hotel. You can also take the commuter train to Salem there. There isn’t a ticket kiosk for the bus but you can use your credit card on board with contactless payment. The breakfast is just ok. There is a double closet with plenty of room for hanging clothes. The desk has two outlets and one usb A outlet. The shower is very big with the water control on the opposite wall from the shower nozzle. This allows you to adjust the water without having to step into the shower.

The price per night for the room and parking were very reasonable and affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful and I really appreciated the printouts they left at the front desk with details on traveling to Salem. The free breakfast was high quality. Our only complaint was that the room we had needed a little love. There was a missing knob on the closet door, some peeling paint, basic wear and tear. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Pros: Convenient location by the train and bus station. Breakfast was good (bonus points for having a gluten free cereal option). Staff were very friendly. Cons: Bar/lounge was closed and the pool was closed the whole time (2 amenities we were looking forward to, and were not warned these wouldn’t be available). Window in our room was broken and some of the last guests garbage was left in our room. Overall a decent experience. Could have been better, could have been worse.

I love this hotel. I stay here about twice a year in october and December and it never disappoints. It's clean the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful (A huge shout out to Dave and Joanna on second shift they are the best of the best). Breakfast has a lot to offer option wise and is stocked and cleaned regularly. The rooms are spotless and houskeeping is there for anything you may need. The train to Salem and Boston is right outside the door. Right by the train is a shopping center with TJ Maxx and grocery. Chelsea Station Grill is an amazing dining option as well. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Boston.

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good but a lot of waste with all disposable plates and plastic utensils, no restaurant in hotel for dining after breakfast location by train and highway and was very noisy would recommend earplugs for sleeping. We had suite and main bed was great but pull out is very springy and uncomfortable Location is close to silver line and purple train so transit ( 3 -4 min walk ) takes a bit more time than in the city but is very doable and great uber pick up They were flexible and allowed late check up which was much appreciated

Loved with the exceptions we asked for a comforter two times for the pull out couch. We received each time a paper thin worn out coverlet and two flat sheets. I have been to many hotels where a spare set of equal type comforters as the main bed was available with a set of sheets and spare pillows packaged in the hall closet. The second is the pullout couch mattress was beyond uncomfortable; thin and you could feel each spring. These were the only downsides. Breakfast was great and it was so convenient to the train station.

The front desk was professional, quick check in. The room was modern apartment feeling, super clean and it had all the necessary toiletries especially soap tu wash your hands in the bathroom. I would highly recommend the Marriott over the Hilton! Marriott puts the clients needs to make it a more luxurious stay.
