Wonderful apartment

This unit was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The apartment is in the center of Boothbay Harbor with water views. I am used to supplying our own paper goods after the initial single roll of tp and paper towels at VRBO rentals. The owner supplied plenty of everything to make our stay perfect. I would definitely rent this unit again or refer to friends.

Just wonderful!

This spot is even better than the pictures show. We loved the proximity to the water, shops and restaurants. You’ll really love the deck…especially at night with the moon and/or lights on the water!

Great location

The location was perfect for us. It was in the center of everything so we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The place was also nice and clean and just the right size for the two of us. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

My sister and I loved this apartment. It was clean and comfortable for the two of us and you just could not beat the view from the deck overlooking the harbor. We did a lot of walking in and around the harbor. The new footbridge across the harbor was a great walk back and forth every day and there were plenty of little shops to visit in this charming location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in Boothbay Harbor

Loved the Coal Shack. The place was spotless and you are steps away from everything! We brought our dog and he loved Boothbay Harbor. They made good use of the space packing in everything you need. Also loved that they use items from the local shops in the Coal Shack. Internet can be spotty at times. Only thing we did not love is all extra fees.

Fabulous

Location couldn’t have been better. The place was clean, well supplied, and absolutely adorable. LOVED the balcony. Our dogs sat out there constantly and watched people walk by. Great view of the harbor. We were right across the street from the best wine/deli in town. Easy morning walk to our favorite breakfast place, Blue Moon.

Great Location and Awesome Amenities

Conveniently located so that everything you want to do and see is within walking distance. Views from the desk were awesome. Inside the unit, the owners thought of everything. We highly recommend this unit and Boothbay Harbor in general. This was our first trip to Maine and was one of our best vacations to date!

Great spot!

Loved this spot! Very close to restaurants and shopping. Cute little studio was just right for me, my BF, and dog. Loved the front deck overlooking the harbor. Studio was easy to find, very clean, and had just what we needed. Can’t wait to return!

Great location and wonderful space

We had a great time in Boothbay harbor and enjoyed the proximity of all restaurants, stores and shuttle to coastal Maine botanical garden light show. The apartment was perfect for the two of us.

What an amazing location and view of the water and boats. The place is well stocked and everything you need is there. Exceeded our expectations. Our dog felt welcome. If you need a dog walker while you stay there call Sara at 207-522-5138, she took care of my dog while we went on day trips. Referred to me by person on Rover.com.

A little piece of heaven

We are home and my dogs are sad. Coal Shack is a well appointed studio with a wonderful deck. My husband and I sit and play backgammon with cocktails. Our dogs sit and watch everyone go by. Now that we are home they miss the deck. If you want to park your car and walk to everything this is the place.

Wonderful location. Enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening on the balcony. Larger than we expected based on the photos. Had everything we needed,. Highly recommend!
