I only stayed for one night, but I liked the facilities for a longer stay possibly in the future. They had a full-size refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove and dishwasher and the utensils that would be needed to make the place very comfortable.

Room for improvements

My daughter had her laundry pulled out of the washer because one man (guest) went to the desk and insisted he needed to do his wash because he had to catch a flight. Big LIE. He was there the next morning working out in the gym. That's just not right. Also there was a shortage of blankets and towels. Elevator was never cleaned all week.

My home away from home. I travel with elders and they have certain requirements , all their needs were met in this wonderful hotel. Everyone at the hotel was super efficient and friendly, attentive. Kind and understanding. Will travel again once in Naples.
