The property is showing its age more than expected. The bathrooms were clean, but mildew could be seen in a number of places. Breakfast was okay, but just okay. The staff was helpful when needed, so that was a good thing, but overall, I think we'll look for an alternative the next trip to Bonita Springs.

Estadía excelente en Bonita Beach Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue realmente maravillosa. La limpieza en todas las áreas estuvo impecable y el staff fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. The front desk staff was the worst front desk staff I have ever experienced in all of my travels. One staff member disrespected my wife and was argumentative. It is clear that this staff lacks the training I would expect from a Hilton property. I would not receommend this property.

Overall, the accommodations were fine but definite improvement is needed in three areas. The front desk staff needs to develop some professionalism…one clerk walked around with his sunglasses on his head all the time. Another couldn’t answer basic questions about the area. Secondly we were told our room would be refreshed and the bed made every other day. It only happened on the second day. On the 4th and 6th day someone from the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 6:00pm as we were showering and prepping to go out to dinner and asked if we needed anything. Third is the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. There were so few that we had to wash things by hand as we went along so we would have a dish or spoon for the next time. Overall, our stay was ok but I expected more for $200 a night.
