Beds was uncomfortable and the cabin stinker like cigarette and the hot tub worked have the time we were very unsatisfied and want a half rerund and air condition stopped

Wonderful Thxgiving

Spent 3 nights over Thxgiving in this incredibly clean and cozy cabin. From fires outside in the fire pit to prepping a small Thxgiving dinner for 4, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Perfect for our family and great location where we were able to hit up a number of mtn biking and hiking trails in less than 20 minutes.

Never got to stay "Unhappy" no refund or stay a different time

I planned a surprise birthday get away for my girlfriend. We were scheduled to fly out of NJ airport and due to the weather our flight got cancelled. We were scheduled to fly out the next day and due to security we missed the flight. We were stuck in the airport with only a diaper bag and a 1 1/2 year old for 2 days and never made our trip. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed. I tried to get a refund or even a different time to stay and the owners refused. They said due to my girlfriends sister going inside to put a couple things in their for her surprise birthday party, they couldn't do anything because there was someone on the property. I said then I will pay the cleaning fee due to her being there. They said no even though she was only there for drop off and pick up of decorations for a total of 30 minutes all together. I would like to say if this was my place and this happened I would be more understanding on things that are out of your control and make accommodations at a different time for the cost of a cleaning fee. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication in trying to solve this issue.

Rudely treated

We were mostly fine with cleanliness except bathroom floor and dirty bathroom carpets,old faded towels , torn rag carpet in bedroom. No directions for TV, no local or national stations. Biggest problem was that I accidentally thought I had rented for one more day so the cleaner banged on the door and told us to get out ASAP. We were 2 elderly and one disabled woman. He did not offer to help us load. The contact person told us to get out that we were trespassing! Ended up leaving about an hour late with no where to go. Will not rent from them again. Had difficulty opening the key box.

Cute Comfy Cabin

Chose this property for easy acess for physically challanged persons. Easy access to door only 5 steps and 1 story. The sofa was so comfortable!. Great interior and a great place to chill. Evolve, Housekeeping and the Owner went out their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Recommend this Cabin to anyone who wants to get a away and relax.

Charming little cabin!

Spent an enjoyable couple of nights here, easy access to downtown Ellijay and other attractions. Property was clean and easy to get to. Only complaint would be that the outside trash receptacle needs better security- two nights, discovered critters had gotten into the bin and made a mess. Other than that, had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s best to have smaller vehicles to get to this property or an all wheel drive. Beautiful place though. Nice quiet getaway!

Misrepresented completely

Arrived 5pm, Entered immediately found empty water bottles, straws, floors unclean, dirty dishes in dishwasher, no washcloths, towels are worn out, frigerator ice maker doesn't work, hot tub beyond filthy, blinds torn missing blades, windows dirty and deck has green mold everywhere. Outdoor grill was also dirty, no grill brush. I paid more for this cabin than I have ever paid and got less than a motel 6 rated stay. I have photos per my cell and wife's to prove all. I think I deserve a call from vrbo and evolve on this to further discuss restitution of funds.

Great cabin in the N GA mountains

My family had a great stay in the mountains just outside of Ellijay. The cabin was just as advertised, and had no need to reach out to the property manager for anything. We had everything we needed. My kids (10/7) loved that their room had the largest TV in the cabin. The cabin was in a great location not far from town. Only 2 other cabins on the same road so no traffic going by. A great spot for a family of 4 to get some R&R.

Clean and cozy cabin

The cabin’s location is not the best. No flat land at all around, cliff on one side, cliff in the back, very little area on the other side and road in the front. No room to let your dogs out. Cabin across the street is so close that you can throw a rock at it. The next cabin just a few steps away but also very close, no privacy outdoors. Inside was neat and clean but no broom, no cutting board, mismatched silverware and very uncomfortable pillows.

Complete Misrepresentation of the Property

I chose this cabin over others for three reasons. The hot tub, the seclusion and the fact that my dogs could run off leash since we live in the city-we were excited mostly of this. The hot tub did not work the entire week and THE OWNER WAS AWARE OF THIS BEFORE WE CHECKED IN. I had surrounding neighbors-as soon as we got out of the truck the neighbors said you need to put your dog on the leash. There was not one place to walk your dogs!!!! There was no where to go. It was too dangerous with cars and the road being as narrow as it was. There is no tv, no water pressure to take a bath. Do yourself a favor and find another cabin!!!!!

Nice Getaway

Needed a quiet getaway for the weekend. Only needed something quiet, cozy, CLEAN and Hot tub and FB. Cabin was great. Plenty of room. Nice furnishings. Hot tub spacious and warm. Bed was SUPER comfy and the cabin was affordable without inflated fees that 99% of the others add. We truly had a relaxing weekend. So peaceful and quiet. Felt like we were on another planet. My ONLY con to the cabin was it needs a lot better pots/pans. That's it. I'd rent this again in a heartbeat.

Hawk's Landing in Ellijay Georgia

01/02/20-01/06/20 This was a great 2 bed 1 bath cabin with a nice porch and lower deck for the hotub. The setting is 1.8 miles down a somewhat difficult 1-lane gravel road. You will need to consider bringing a 4x4 vehicle to get here. Thankfully we had my truck. After we arrived we found the cabin well stocked with cleaning supplies. We loved the woods and found several creeks while hiking. And I also proposed to my beautiful girlfriend who is now my fiance! Great secluded location to actually relax. Very nice and cozy.

Cute cabin for a getaway/recharging of the batteries

We escaped to this cute cabin for a few days. It was just what the Doctor ordered as it allowed us to relax, unwind and recharge our batteries. The property was as described and was a very good value.

Weekend stay

Property was great and very clean. Enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Convenient to Blue Ridge. Make sure you print directions and don’t use gps. The dirt road is in good shape but if raining, it gets a bit rough. A really cool feature is you cross a covered bridge to get to property. I would recommend this cabin. Enjoyed and relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin in the hills. It was great for my girlfriend and our dog.

Very nice cabin in a fairly remote area. Lots of wildlife and nature. The dirt access road to the cabin takes about 10-15 minutes from a paved road and could be a challenge if you don’t have an SUV or 4-wheel drive. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed

Hot tub didst work, we were told was known about for two weeks and part on the way. We checked out early the owners and evolve management were easy to work with on the issue. Just wish we had known in advance we would have taken a rain ticket or a refund .

Relaxing

Hawks Landing

It was a peaceful stay, however we were only able to use hot tub one day due to it not operating correctly. The contact person did everything they could to get the issue taken care of. Hot tub was serviced and found out that a part was needed but would take 2 to 3 days to get it which our stay was over before it being repaired. Contact person was very helpful!
