The staff was amazing, as were the amenities. The pool and hot tub were super clean. We had a ladybug infestation but maintenance staff were excellent in removing them. Room was comfortable.

The pancakes were too doughy and didn’t cook well in the machine. Eggs were soggy. There were no dairy free options for those who are lactose intolerant like me. The hot tub needed to be warmer and it had so much chlorine that it made our eyes burn. Room was clean and service was quick. Bed was very comfortable
